Open and semi-open space is considered on three levels, the first space is for regular small gatherings and business introduction of home users, the next group is the terrace and courtyards for the collective use of home users, and the last group is the terrace and balconies for Each separate user is intended for isolation.

About space, how many behaviors we have forgotten but are needed? Our past architecture, in the best way, reminded us how spaces, which are flexible and without definite function, can provide the necessary ground for creating enjoyable events. Therefore, the Aban house is composed of spaces for definite and clear functions, but this house is more than that, full of open, closed, and semi-open spaces, where various events can be witnessed.

Simple materials were used to complement each other and give warmth and freshness to the different areas that make up kerman house . Since the building is not inhabited some of the time, a modest facade was designed to serve as a first privacy filter.

A central patio accompanied by a second lateral courtyard leads the light to each space of the building, the solids and voids generate views towards the courtyards that lose the limits between the exterior and interior without compromising privacy. Circulating through it, the user is compressed and expanded while discovering each space of the house.

The house functions as a link with their family and friends, it is proposed as a meeting place, as well as a space for rest and introspection. The architectural part of the house emerges from the idea of a slab method in pottery from the outside.

Khaneye Sofal ” for us, was an experience of redefining the soul of Iranian architecture with an avant-garde appearance. Appreciating the soul can take any form; in other words, it is independent of forms. It is the discovery of what exists, not the creation of something nonexistent. It is a journey from a self to its own, without the need for a single step in any direction. Just being, discovering, and enjoying, here and now.

Circulations lead you through the house along long corridors topped by visual axes that guide the view from one end to the other.

It is a journey from a self to its own, without the need for a single step in any direction. Just being, discovering, and enjoying, here and now.
