It is made up of three joined blocks facing Hotel Aseman to the north. The blocks are positioned so that most residences have a terrace with a direct view of the town. The residences vary from compact one-bedroom apartments to spacious four-bedroom lofts, wide open to their environment, and extended by vast exterior surfaces.
There are six stories in total, including a basement with one side buried underground. The structure is built from reinforced concrete.
Each staircase has an entrance from the courtyard. The main entrance lobby is connected to the communal areas. There is a gym, 3 markets, and a roof garden facing the Aseman Hotel.
