The goal of this project is to review architectural design theories and approaches about Academic spaces, especially the faculty of tourism, to strengthen the role of these spaces in the learning and education of students and finally extract the desirability factors of the university spaces and environments using research and actions.

To achieve the ultimate goal in the field of planning, review, and precision as much as possible in this valley and concepts of The scope of architectural design, it is also necessary to examine different theories regarding the desired dimensions in architectural planning.

Another general goal of studying the subject of the project and ultimately its design is the need for an academic and highly specialized center The field of tourism is in Kerman city. The design of the Faculty of Tourism for about 1000 students and professionals interested in this The profession takes place in 6 disciplines.

All the necessary elements should be placed in one set at the same time and in such a way It is considered that the project is allowed to proceed.

The building is split, both in terms of volumetrics as well as in the solution of the facade, in response to the surrounding constructions. To give it a more unique and sculptural character and simultaneously diminish bulkiness, the part of the building that faces the main street is decomposed into two rotating volumes that generate different terraces.

Technical details

The Louvre piece reminiscent of pure Persian culture that covers the exterior emphasizes its volumetric will while at once protecting the student’s privacy

Project gallery
